Truffles Australis Pty Ltd was created to provide new growers with the advice and confidence to grow truffles successfully in Southern Hemisphere conditions, enabling them to call on our 18 years of in field practical truffle growing experience, a service and experience that no one else in Australiasia can offer.

We will guide new growers through the daunting process of joining the truffle growing sector by drawing on the research, development and hands-on expertise that Tim Terry and his team have gained over the past 18 years.

Truffles Australis Pty Ltd is a vertically integrated producer and adviser, starting with the tree nursery, through soil preparation, infrastructure development, planting, tree care and management to truffle harvesting and sales and marketing. Our practical experience in developing truffle plantations is unrivalled in Australia and New Zealand we provide a complete service for both the large-scale professional grower to the enthusiastic amateur and hobby farmer.
