How to make Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups 2% milk

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

FILLING :

  • 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

GANACHE :

  • 10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Step By Step

  1. In a large pan, cook the milk, butter as well as delicious chocolate over reduced warmth until melted. Remove from the heat; let represent 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 °. In a big bowl, beat eggs and also vanilla; mix in chocolate mixture until smooth. Incorporate the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; progressively include in delicious chocolate combination and also mix well (batter will certainly be slim).
